BabyDink Newborn Baby Carrier

We gladly offer exchanges, store credit and refund policy (t&c's apply) on BabyDink Baby Carriers, BlankyDink Swaddles and DollyDink Doll Carriers (*excluding Final Sale items).

Our policy is detailed below.

BabyDink Baby Carriers are a sized product.

In the event the size you select isn’t quite right, we encourage you to exchange your carrier size to get the best fit and enjoy the benefits of handsfree babywearing. 

Be sure to use our helpful resources below to ensure you select the right BabyDink size for you. 


Return Policy

We recommend you confirm you have the correct sizing before use, wash and wear. You can check your sizing dimensions and measurements here

There is no exchange or refund option for Clearance Items. All clearance sale items are final sale. BIB Dummies are not eligible for return.

Returning items must meet these criteria

  • clean, unwashed and unworn
  • folded carefully using all original packaging 
  • carriers that require cleaning will not be refunded for hygiene reasons

Carrier size exchanges

If you need to exchange your BabyDink carrier for a different size or colour your request must be actioned within 30 days of receipt.

Choose the alternative size and colour in the returns portal or select store credit as your return option and apply your credit to your next purchase.

We offer size exchanges for purchases made on sale or using a discount code but these items are not eligible for refund.

All carriers marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for exchange or refund.

Please make sure to check your measurements carefully or confirm your sizing with Customer Care before ordering to avoid disappointment.

Other product exchanges

BlankyDink swaddle blankets and DollyDink toy carriers can be exchanged in the returns portal by choosing an alternative colour or store credit that can be applied to another purchase. Your request must be actioned within 30 days of receipt.

Refund requests

Must be actioned within 30 days of receipt and meet the above criteria.

Please note: Carriers purchased on FINAL SALE are not eligible for refund.

International returns

Damaged items

It is rare, but if you’ve experienced a fault with your item or it arrives damaged.

Please select "Item Damaged' in the returns portal and upload a photo with us to asses the damage. BabyDink will waive all handling fees for any damaged or faulty items.

Received an incorrect product

If your order has arrived not as ordered, simply select 'Received the Wrong Item' in the returns portal. BabyDink will arrange an exchange and waive all handling fees. 

 

Returning  your item - To commence the return process, please complete the following steps:

Step 1 - Submit

Submit your return request via the Returns Portal - you will need your original order number and email address or mobile phone number

  • Follow the prompts and  instructions outlined in the returns portal
  • Refund & Exchange requests must be lodged within 30 days of receipt to be eligible. 

Step 2 – Check your item

Returning items must meet these criteria

  • clean, unwashed and unworn
  • please fold carefully and use original packaging 
  • carriers that require cleaning will not be refunded for hygiene reasons

Step 3 – Pay the Shipping and Handling fees

  • postage costs for returning any item are the responsibility of the Customer
  • exchanges of Baby Carriers are charged as a $15 postage and handling fee at the time of lodging your return - this covers 2 way shipping, returning your original order and sending out the replacement
  • refunds are deducted a $10 handling fee 
  • exchanges of BlankyDink and DollyDink incur a $10 shipping and handling fee

Step 4 – Package your Return + Print your Label - Return Australia Post 

After submitting your return, you will be able to generate a shipping label

Print your label and include it with your return at Australia Post within 10 business days.

If you are unable to print your label, simply take a photo of the label or download the QR code to your phone and Australia Post can scan it and provide a printed label.

All returns instructions will be emailed to you for your records.


What happens next?

Once received, we will assess your return. Please allow up to 5 business days for your refund or exchange to be processed after it is received by our warehouse. Please note during peak sales events and holiday periods handling times may increase.

Refunds will only be approved in line with the above. BabyDink Australia reserves the right to reject returns claims that do not meet the criteria.

  • You will receive email notifications as your return progresses through each stage.
  • Refunds can only be processed via the original payment method.
  • Items received that do not meet the return criteria will be returned to sender
